After years on the run, the mystery man known as Trick is back, but not on his own terms. Trick finds himself trapped in a cage with four other hostages - all of them paralyzed from the neck down. When Trick realizes that one of the other hostages is an old foe, Detective Epperson, the two begin working together to uncover the connection between them and their captor - a masked man they suspect is the infamous Deathstalker Killer. While driving through the desert with his wife Carol Marvin to a military base to send the eleventh rocket to the orbit of Earth for helping the exploration of the outer space in the Operation Sky Hook, Dr. Russell A. Marvin and Carol see a flying saucer and accidentally records a message in their tape recorder. Once in the base, Dr. Russell is informed by his father-in-law and general that the ten first satellites had mysteriously felt on Earth. When Dr. Russell decodes the message, he encounters the aliens that ask him to schedule a meeting with the leaders of Earth in Washington in 56 days with the intention to invade Earth without panicking the population. 本片由迪士尼电视动画部门所制作，由【美女与野兽】明星所主演短篇故事串联而成，故事则是发生在Belle在魔堡中与野兽相处的那段时间，其实本片在１９９８年首度推出时，片名只有【Belle’sMagicalWorld】，而且只有三个段落；到了２００３年推出特别版时，英文片名才改为【BeautyandtheBeast:Belle’sMagicalWorld】，并且将另一部原本收录在其他地方的短篇「茶煲太太的派对」（Mrs’Pott’sParty）也收进本片当中。本片的第一段「完美的世界」是叙述Belle和野兽吵架，一个字典仆人想帮忙却愈帮愈忙；第二段「真爱的试炼」则是蜡烛台Lumiere和鸡毛撢子女友Fify之间的一场误会；第三段是新加入的「茶煲太太的派对」，大家秘密要帮辛劳的Mrs.Pott办个派对；第四段「折翼鸟」则是关于一只翅膀受伤的小鸟，野兽喜欢听它的歌声，居然想把它关在笼中留在身边。本片虽然分成几个短篇故事，但故事重心都在人与人之间相处所该有的设身处地以及相互体谅。

Detective Murdoch finds that the man behind a flying machine that crashes in Toronto is none other than his old nemesis, James Pendrick. He learns that Pendrick is hoping to win a $1 million prize for the first controlled flight. A body is found in the rubble of the crash but someone is clearly out to steal his invention.
