Yujeong, who works as a night shift nurse at a general hospital's cardiology department, is now told that her 12th-grade younger sister, Kijeong, has been arrested by the police as a suspect in an infant abandonment case. Only then does Yujeong start to make desperate efforts to rescue her sister.

权相佑饰演的主人公“鬼手”一角，是小时候因为赌棋失去一切，要对放弃自己的人实施报复的人物。权相佑将在没有替身的情况下直接消化所有动作。权相佑说：“毫不夸张地说，我在这部电影中什么都干过，非常强烈，很好。我将竭尽全力去拍摄。”

　　讲述在三次旅行中一起度过12个夜晚的两个男女的旅行罗曼史，是韩国版“before系列”（before sunrise，before sunset，before midnight），该剧还将以旅行为媒介描写主人公们的成长故事。
